Job Needed
Job Responsibilities:
A: Social Media Platforms: Focus on Facebook (primary) and Instagram (primary), with optional involvement in X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
1. Content Creation and Planning • Plan and propose content for posts, including graphics and videos. • Graphics are typically designed by domestic designers. • Simple videos are self-edited, while more complex or long-form videos can be handled by domestic video editors.
2. Daily Operations • Manage daily posting and fan engagement. • Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through the platforms.
3. Community Management • Operate groups on Facebook and LinkedIn by responding to comments, private messages, and user questions. • Maintain active engagement with followers. • Handle negative comments or disputes promptly to protect the brand’s image.
B: Sales
1. Collect customer and market information in Polish market
2. Product sales, including photovoltaic inverters, battery packs, and energy storage systems （great commission ）
3. Participate in various industry exhibitions and regular company meetings Customer offline visits, etc
Requirement: Polish and English can be used as a working language.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Operations
· Manage daily content creation, posting, engagement, and maintenance across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube , LinkedIn,etc;
·Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and user engagement;
·Analyze social media data to optimize promotional strategies.
2. Customer Technical Support
· Answer customers' technical questions online via phone, email or online chat tools;
· Provide technical training and after-sales service to customers offline; Collect customer feedback and assist the team in improving service quality, etc.
